The house is very spacious with a lovely garden! Location is fantastic! We had a great holiday with our 2 boys (aged 8 and 5). We had visits to the beaches and many walks to the centre ville of Concarneau. The skate park near plage des Sables Blancs was awesome. Many thanks to Valerie and her husband for our stay in their home.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem gut ausgestatteten, ruhigen und sauberen Haus. Valerie und ihr Mann haben uns herzlich empfangen. Strand und Stadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe. Concarneau ist eine wunderbare Stadt und ein guter Ausgangsort für viele Ausflüge. Die Endreinigung muss selbst übernommen oder vor Ort bezahlt werden (80).

Très belle région pour passer d’agréables vacances

Mme le Marre nous a très bien accueillis en nous donnant toutes les explications nécessaires. Très agréable lieu d’habitation car le centre ville de Concarneau et la ville close sont proches de la maison. Nous pouvions y aller à pied en longeant la belle côte.La maison est très bien située dans un cadre verdoyant et calme. Tout était parfait.

Wir wurden sehr freundliche aufgenommen und haben eine schöne Woche in Concarneau verbracht. Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, sehr gepflegt und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir konnten unsere Ebikes in einer Art Schuppen verschließen. Bei der Hauseinweisung wurden wir gefragt, ob wir die Endreinigung selbst machen oder für 80 Euro machem lassen. Das war aus der Anzeige nicht ersichtlich. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr empfehlenswert.

Hochwertiges Haus in ruhiger Wohngegend

Das Haus hat dem entsprochen was versprochen wurde. Wir haben hier 12 wunderbare Tage verbracht und die Ruhe genossen. Direkt nebenan ist eine Waldzunge mit einem tiefeingeschnittenen Tal und kleinem Bächlein. Diese Möglichkeit zum nächsten Supermarkt schattig und so gar nicht städtisch geprägt zu laufen war wunderbar. Zum LeClerq läuft man ca. 20min. Zum Hafen runter etwa 25-30min. Auch der Weg zum Hafen runter verläuft in einer Art Waldschneise, besonders im Hochsommer sehr genial. Nähester Strand ist ca. 12min runter, später 15min hoch. Der Strand ist breit und selbst an vollen Tagen verteilt man sich recht gut, wenn man nicht gleich am Eingang liegen bleibt. Teilweise bewacht, ansonsten auch gut mit SUP zu nutzen. Nächster Bäcker ca. 12min Fussweg. Empfehlung Petit Resto in zweiter Reihe am Hafen - unscheinbar aber super lecker und sehr angenehme Bedienung. Danke an Yann für die tolle Einweisung und Valerie für die Beantwortung aller Fragen, die wir noch so stellten während unseres Aufenthalts

Absolut traumhaftes Objekt

Für alle die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Sehr freundliche und angenehme Vermieterin, die ihr eigenes Haus für drei Monate vermietet. Im Haus Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen mit dem Auto rund um Concarneau.

Sehr schönes Haus mit attraktivem Garten

Toller Garten, großzügiges EG, im OG schränken die Dachschrägen den Freiraum im Haus etwas ein. Anders als bei anderen Objekten ist in der Serviegebühr die Endreinigung nicht enthalten. Der Vermieter will noch extra 80,- € dafür haben, ohne einen Beleg dazu asuzustellen.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage in Concarneau

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Haus von Valérie und Yann, die Ihr Haus nur im Sommer vermieten. Alles war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Für uns war das Haus der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend des Finistère zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Superbe maison au calme

Maison rénovée avec goût, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Propreté irréprochable, hôtes très aimables et prévenants. La maison se situe dans un quartier très calme et à 5 mn en voiture du centre ville. Emplacement pour stationner très appréciable. Rien de négatif à signaler
