Apartment completely renovated from floor to ceiling in 2021.<br>It is close to city centre, Luna Park, Aqualand, a supermarket, and the ocean.<br>- The bedroom features a 160 bed, a 107 cm TV, air conditioning, and storage space.<br>- The living room features a 160-bed Bz sofa bed, as well as a second two-seater sofa and a dining table. You’ll have plenty of sunlight in the living area, which is very well-exposed; the living room is, of course, also air-conditioned. <br>- You can also enjoy a small terrace and a garden area with a table and chairs to make the most of the outdoors.<br>-There is also a large, fully equipped kitchen.<br>- A small storage room is also available for storing bicycles, etc.<br>- Free parking.<br>- Free Wi-Fi.
