Superb spacious 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom, air conditioned/heated Villa with communal swimming pool. Located centrally in the quiet but sophisticated town of Los Alcazares, with a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. A 25 minute drive from Murcia airport.

Fully fitted and furnished throughout. Three terraces, large roof solarium, gated and locked driveway.

Ground floor: Spacious living/dining area superbly furnished with flat screen TV, showing BBC1, 2, ITV, Channels 4 & 5 plus many children and music channels.
Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker, washing machine & microwave.

Two Bedrooms on the ground floor. One with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. Both have fitted wardrobes. Two x bathrooms, both with walk in showers.

To the front of the property there is a spacious terrace where you can dine and relax throughout your stay.

Please note the first floor is accessed by external stairs, ideal for 2 family's or teenagers wanting some privacy

On the first floor there are a further two bedrooms. The first of which is a large, double aspect bedroom with double bed and direct access to a private balcony on one side and a beautiful seating area to the other... perfect for enjoying the morning sun.

The 2nd bedroom on the first floor has two single beds with fitted wardrobe and a bathroom.

A roof terrace completes the outdoor space at the property and is fully equipped with sun beds.

Los Alcazares has a fantastic coastline with over 7 kilometres of sandy beaches that give direct access to the warm waters of the Mar Menor, "little sea.” The beach is extremely safe for children and boasts a blue flag. Dotted along the beach are a host of bars & restaurants perfect for tapas, a cold local beer... all oozing with Spanish hospitality. Running the entire length of the beach is a modern promenade, perfect for walking and cycling.

The town centre of Los Alcázares has a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants. There is lovely family feel and a wide selection of cuisines to suit every taste.

There are also two golf courses close by... La Serana and Roda and you will also find another 12 courses within a 25 minute drive which includes the stunning sports complex at La Manga Club.

The port city of Cartagena is a 15 minute drive away. A simply beautiful city, well worth a visit to see the many interesting sights related to maritime and Roman history. A fantastic range of shops and restaurants will complete your trip.

The university City of Murcia is a short drive away. Plaza Cardenal Belluga is the city’s architectural showpiece, where the ornate cathedral, with its mash-up of styles from Gothic to baroque, and the colorful 18th-century Palacio Episcopal stand in striking contrast to the modern 1990s.

Fantastic villa with everything & more you could possibly need. All the rooms are super clean & well maintained. Uk tv channels & plenty of space for everyone. With 4 sun terraces each with table & chairs you can enjoy the sun or shade all day long! Great communication from start to finish with Nick the owner & Julie & mark who met us on arrival.They all couldn’t have been more helpful. Thankyou for a brilliant holiday. We would love to come back & would highly recommend 😊

Las fotos no son para nada la realidad de ésta casa. La piscina estaba cerrada y no fuimos informados por el dueño. La limpieza de la casa es nefasta. Arriba en la terraza está la tercera y cuarta habitación juntas pero mal organizada y mucho calor. Es como un CHALET pero juntos unos con otros sin intimidad y sin corrientes de aire. La cocina y la mesa pequeña y sucia.Los sofás de poli-piel te quedabas pegados en ellos y mal olor. Los señores que te dan la llave no hablan español. Además no dejan llevar invitados a casa y el dueño desagradable y orgulloso. Una desilusión total al llegar a esta supuesta CASA de "VACACIONES". Además con su precio elevado como si fuera nueva. NO LO ACONSEJAMOS PARA NADIE.

Disappointed when we arrived as we were informed the pool would be open and remained closed right throughout our entire stay. The TV wouldn't work for most of the stay. The neighbors were mostly easy to get on with but most are retired and not into hearing children enjoy themselves. Wouldn't recommend this Villa to families with young children

Relaxing stay

Had a lovely time in the villa, everything you need was there, the communal pool was well kept and clean. A few niggles in the summer high season air con is a must and only 1 bedroom and living room had it, some of us struggled with the heat at night trying to sleep. I would also point out that you can only gain access to the bedrooms upstairs, by a external stair case something to consider if you have young Kids. The lovely agent Sarah was there to welcome us, she was very helpful and only a phone call away nothing was a problem to her. All in all we had lovely stay.

Casa el sol Los Alcázares

Lovely villa in very peaceful location -the Villa is spacious plenty of room for our party of five adults and two children -we had the teenage children and young adults upstairs this worked perfectly as they had their own space and felt quite independent whilst obviously being supervised - the Villa is extremely well equipped with everything you need including washing machine , TV ,air con, CD payer etc. the pool is seconds away and beautifully landscaped we were often the only ones in it -it is about 10mins from the square so not far and about the same for the beach all very close without being too close - the Villa was a home from home but with gorgeous weather - the neighbours were lovely and very friendly - Nick the owner has been extremely easy to deal with very uncomplicated booking process and available if needed - we have been to Los Alcázares for the last four years and this is by far our favourite accommodation to date we will definitely book again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

A lovely week in Los Alcazares

The house is ideally situated in a quiet and friendly community walking distance to the beach and also 'The strip'. But not so close as to be effected by revellers In the fabulous variety of bars and restaurants. The communal pool is very close by and just lovely- clean, beautifully laid out and perfect for relaxing. The house is spacious, functional and well equipped with plenty of room for our seven adults. It is however in need of updating as it is a little tired. I was also disappointed that the air conditioning consisted of just two units, one upstairs in the main bedroom and one in the lounge downstairs. As such three of the four bedrooms were uncomfortable to sleep in but we used fans which helped. The house is looked after by local agents who were brilliant and very helpful. The owner Nick has been informative and helpful throughout the entire process. We had a fabulous holiday, thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was generally pleased with the villa ,however there were a few things that could have been resolved and would have made my holiday even better .The villa was generally clean but would have benefitted from slightly more detail cleaning ,for example I had to clean the shower as there was black build up .pillow case was stained so I had to change and ashtrays were left full ,. there was no bedding on the pre ordered cot .Also I had to contact the management company on 3 occasions due to issues which I could not resolve as there was no instructions.The first one was when there was no hot water and I had to boil kettles to bath my 1year old grandson ,the second was I could not turn on the aircon in the upstairs bedroom and the third was when the electrics fused .None of these were major issues and easily resolved and had there been a welcome / instruction manual in the villa then we could have easily resolved these without having to contact the management company .I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday and would definitely book again but just feel that the above was so unnecessary and could have been so easily prevented ensuring that my holiday was 100%

Excellent property in good position.

We had a lovely stay at this property. House is very spacious with a lot of outdoor space. Facilities were good. We had some problems with the TV (no English channels), however this did not impact too much on our stay. The separate accommodation upstairs would benefit from a small fridge for storing drinks and milk etc. The position of the house is very good for supermarkets, the square and the beach. The house was clean and well laid out. All in all a very enjoyable holiday. Graeme the property manager was excellent too. He even arranged for us to be moved to another property for the day as we had a late flight. We would definitely consider booking this house again, hopefully next year.

This beautiful area of Spain is totally uncommercialised and unspoilt.
Los Alcazares has a fantastic coastline with over 7 kilometres of sandy beaches which give direct access to the warm waters of the Mar Menor, "little sea" which is extremely safe for children and also boasts the blue flag, dotted along the beach are a host of chirping units (beach bars) which make fresh tapas, serve cold local beer and are oozing with Spanish hospitality. Parallel to these beaches and running the entire length is the extremely long promenade, which is great for walking and cycling.
The town centre is relatively spread out and has a good selection of shops. There is a good family feel here with many restaurants of very varied cuisine. If that isn't enough there is also the two golf courses of La Serana and Roda, you will also find another 12 courses within a 25 minute drive which includes La Manga.
