Stunning villa with great outdoor areas

ur stay was amazing from start to finish. The villa is modern, beautifully decorated and very spacious, with plenty of natural light throughout. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the outdoor area with the heated pool, games zone and barbecue was perfect for enjoying sunny days. Nice villa for 4 couples or a family

The stay was good but with some remarks: - some fourniture is outdated (chairs in kitchen and sofa ouside are worn out) - very bad smell in the washing room - you need a car for visiting the city (more than 30 minutes of walk) all issues and problems were solved quickly by the support and service team - very good communication

Regarding the location, we find that many guests appreciate the peace of being a little removed from the city center while still accessible by a short drive. Overall house is ok . Bathroom toilets need work. Very loud house. No washclothes and we did not have hot water for 2 days. You can do better. I’d give it a 2.5 for the money.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay with us. We’re truly sorry to hear that the experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you encountered, particularly with the hot water and bathroom facilities. We would like to mention that our team did their best to resolve the hot water issue as soon as it was brought to our attention. Unfortunately, since we were only informed about it 18 hours after it began, we were unable to fix it immediately. Your comments are very important to us, and we’ll be sharing them with our team to ensure the necessary improvements are made. We truly appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to learn from your experience. Kind regards, Algarve Vacation Customer Care

First Trip to Portugal

6 old friends meet for a reunion and adventure. The house was plenty big. My only complaint is the appliances had no directions we figured them out but just a quick simple how-to would have saved us some extra effort.

Amazing Villa!

We just returned from a lovely week in Albufeira. The photo's as mentioned are reality, the villa is located in a quite neigherbood just on 5-10 min drives of the old city of Albufeira. The supermarktet is just 1km away, but we advise to rent a car since the villa is located on a hill. The villa was clean and during the week our towels were changes. Beside that, our contactperson was very friendly and by questions we received within 24h a reaction, even in the weekend. We don't have any complains of the villa, just a lovely stay in a beautifull villa!

It was okay…

The communication with the Agentur was good. All our questions were answered quickly. We had on the first day with the electricity and an electrician was sent quickly. (The fuse blew several times a day…push the black button!)The villla was once luxury, probably 10 years ago, but not now anymore. Some of the furniture are worn out. Half of the doors/windows cannot be locked probably. The kitchen is well equipped, but there are no basic ingredients…you have to buy everything (salt, pepper) and even garbage bags.
