Magnificent retreat

This was the perfect place to stay outside of the business on center Nice. The amenities were wonderful, the place was beautiful, & the host was so helpful, prompt, & cordial. It really could not have been better

Perfect vacation apartment!

We stayed 8 nights. It was very comfortable clean apartment. In the kitchen, there are so many kitchen equipments more than we can use. There are lots of Nespresso pods, bottle of milk, local wine! Parking is just under the apartment. Only 10 minutes drive to the old Nice. We will come back to this place for next our vacation.

Mychiyo et ses 2 grands garçons étaient des voyageurs très charmants et sympathiques. Toutes les règles de l'appartement ont bien été respectées. Ce sont des personnes très respectueuses ,calmes, polis et très propres. Je les accueillerais à nouveau sans hésiter . Je recommande fortement.

Pristine, spacious 1 bedroom apartment with amazing private deck

We spent a month here and really enjoyed the apartment and beautiful deck. There is also a pool in the complex. The apartment is very well stocked with everything you need - for even the most discerning cooks. It has a/c and a parking spot in the garage below. It's perfect if you have a car since it is in the hills. There is a bus that goes right to the apartment complex but it stops early. The owners were kind and helpful.

Family vacations in Nice

We had an amazing time in Nice, family vacations with our two teenage sons. The apartment is spacious, very quiet (but there is a requirement to be very quiet as well), secure in a private property with convenient parking in the underground garage and elevator to the apartment. The kitchen is huge and has so many accessories and all utilities are provided, much more than we were able to use. The communication with the owner was great, very friendly and helpful, we cannot be happier! Considering this is a private home, the checkin and checkout process is assisted and took at least 15 minutes, but this helps to maintain the apartment in great condition. It is a good 30 min walk to the beach but we did walk without a problem, and you can take a tram to the center of the city, very convenient. Overall great stay and very highly recommended.

Wunderschöne Urlaub in perfekter Unterkunft

Der Aufenthalt in Nizza hat der ganzen Familie sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung und ganz tollen und liebevollen Vermietern. Charles und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben alles sehr ausführlich erklärt und beschrieben. Wir können nur sagen Note 1 und sehr zu empfehlen.
