Located in the heart of the old town of Annecy, this apartment of 200 square meters offers very high-end services with a large fully equipped semi-professional kitchen.
This accommodation is completely renovated and decorated with luxurious and modern taste. The 4 bedrooms, including a private on the other side of the terrace, are very spacious and all have their own bathroom. 3 bedrooms have a double bed 160x200 cm (Queen). Another is composed of 2 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine & dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The accommodation has a large TV screen with hundreds of channels. High-speed WiFi is available.
⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information.
You can fully enjoy the very large terrace of 35 square meters with an outdoor lounge and a large dining table.
Attention, the apartment is on the 1st floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR.
🅿️ The nearest car parks are the Sainte-Claire car park and the Bonlieu car park both located 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. 🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

Wonderful location for exploring Annecy
Annecy is such a stunning town. The location of the property is very convenient to everything. Wonderful large sitting room for visiting. Bustling, vibrant area if you aren't sensitive to street noise.
It was a very large residence with a wonderful kitchen area. One of the bedrooms was located on the other side of the patio which was nice and cool. Unfortunately both of the sofas in the living room were broken and we were unable to use that room related to lack of seating. Also the tow bathrooms with tubs and hand held sprayers did not work so shower time was a little interesting for our family of 7. We had very communication with our property manager but were there for only a few days before the problems were corrected.

Localisation parfaite! L’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, confortable. Accueil efficace. Expérience idéale pour un long weekend à Annecy.
Week-end entre amis dans le centre d’Annecy. L’appartement est très spacieux et bien équipé. Emplacement hyper central. Accuei de qualité par la Conciergerie.

Un lieu magique, pour un week-end en famille réussi...
Cet appartement se prête parfaitement aux rencontres de famille. Il est beau, lumineux dispose de 4 chambres confortables ou chacun a son intimité, ainsi que d'un coin terrasse conséquent. Les volumes des pièces de vie sont incroyables et permettent avec beaucoup d'aisance de se retrouver pour manger, jouer, discuter, partager...Son emplacement est parfait... à côté du lac, des loueurs de vélo, des magasins... Tout est à proximité. Alors si vous aimez les belles choses, si vous voulez vous faire plaisir ou faire plaisir, je recommande ce lieu.... il est parfait !
