ALBUFERA Ref. PLM02

This modern spacious house is ideally situated 100 metres from the white sandy beach of Playa de Muro. Set in a quiet location with sea views this house has everything to offer its clients for a relaxing holiday.

There is a spacious modern living dining room with large patio doors leading out to a furnished terrace overlooking the pool. The house also has WiFi connection.

The kitchen is also very modern and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, microwave and coffee machine.

There is also a shower room on this floor.

Upstairs there is one doble and one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an impressive master bedroom. This master bedroom has an open plan feel with a feature round bath (bath function only), separate shower and toilet. There bedroom also has a lovely terrace with sea views and sun lounges too.

There is also another separate bathroom with shower over bath on this level. There is centralized air conditioning available throughout the property providing maximum comfort during the hot summer days.



Outside there is a dining terrace and swimming pool which is gated and has a decked sunbathing area. There is also a garden with swings for children.

House was wonderful! Very convenient to the beach, water sports, and to town for dinner and groceries. Great home base for exploring all corners of the island. Wonderful sunsets and sunrises! Roof deck was very refreshing on the hot days we had! Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Katerina even had a welcome basket with food and wine on our first night when we were just getting our bearings of where things were. Pool was a great refresher after a hot day as well.Would highly recommend Albufera!

- Tolles, modernes Haus. - Sauber und gepflegt. - Super Service (schnell und freundlich) in Notsituation (Verlust Schlüssel) - Pool haben wir eigentlich nicht genutzt, ist kindersicher abgesperrt. - Dachterrasse (Meerblick) morgens und abends eine Wucht - waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 10 Tage dort Haben jetzt schon mehrere Häuser angemietet- das war eins der Besten!
