About this property

Water front Lake House Screen porch

Located in the Adirondack Mountains on 1/4 acre property the 1200 square foot house overlooks Lake Vanare. The large screened in porch provides bug-free dining and viewing of the mountains and Lake. 10 Minutes from Lake George and 25 minutes from Saratoga. Beach area provides boating, fishing, and swimming access. The Lake is no more then 12 feet deep. No motor boats allowed. Commercial cabin and cottages located on lake. There are approximately 10 private residents.

Only guests in original reservation is permitted to stay overnight. Do not invite additional guests to remain overnight. Day guests are not allowed.
No shoes in house. There is a lot of tree sap in the area from the trees. It can be easily tracked in the house if you keep your shoes on. Sticky!!
