About this property

Maison de Bourg Spacieuse, 6 Personnes Deux-sèvres

Welcome to our Maison de Bourg (130 m², ground floor + ground floor), which is our second home in the Deux-Sèvres department.
We took care to renovate the interior this summer (2019), so you’ll find all the comforts you need for your stay.
This house is a perfectly located base for exploring the surrounding vineyards and the architectural treasures of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, as well as the châteaux of the Loire Valley in the neighbouring Anjou region.
Inside...

The home is spacious, with large, bright bedrooms.
There is a bathroom with a toilet upstairs, and downstairs in the laundry room, there is also a sink and toilet.
Both living rooms are equipped with TVs.
It is also well-suited for relocating workers who may need to stay for a few weeks (discounted rates available upon request, negotiable based on length of stay).

Outside...

The house has immediate, free access to a communal outdoor car park for several cars, with the option to park one or two cars in the courtyard as well.
This courtyard will be renovated, as will the veranda—the only room that still requires our full attention following the recent renovation of the rest of the house, but to which you will have access.

Set in a pleasant village setting, anglers will enjoy catching plenty of fish in the Argenton, a tributary of the Thouet.
