There was no direct access to the beach as was advertisedThis being the main feature and the deciding factor for us booking the property in the first place as one of our party as serious mobility issues, not being able to access the beach from the property was a major disappointment.It totally changed our experience of what we expected from our stay at this propertyWhen I reported this I was offered an apology and a ten percent discount on our next stay there. Clearly an empty compensation offer of the likelihood of us ever staying there again.As the majority of our party have limited time for holidays we just left feeling so disappointed

Unfortunately, the city has recently begun construction work that has temporarily closed this access, and we had not been informed in advance of the situation. We completely understand how important this feature was for you and how disappointing this must have been. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to obtain accurate information about the duration of the works and to update our listing accordingly. Once again, we are truly sorry for this unforeseen issue. Très belle semaine passée dans cette très confortable villa située sur la plage ,mais également tout proche du centre ville . très bien équipée ,vastes volumes tout pour accueillir une grande famille .

Super service

Maison tres bien placee sur le front de mer d arcachon et a deux pas du centre ville. Nous avons apprecie l acces direct a la plage, la flexibilité sur les heures de check in et check out ainsi que le service de conciergerie pour remise des cles et location de velo sur place .
