Cozy Condo Short Walk to the Beach

Newly updated, new appliances including new washer dryer+ King Bed in Master Bedroom

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in desirable Crystal Village is just two+ blocks from the beautiful emerald waters of the Gulf. Enjoy a short walk or bike ride to nearby shops and local Gulf front restaurants. The balcony opens up directly to a beautiful and peaceful courtyard featuring one of the community's two pools. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the delightful balcony.

Second Floor Condo overlooking the Pool.

Minimum age for booking is 25. Each guest under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a 25 year old chaperone.

4 adult guests max + kids. No more than 6 guests.

On day of check in, check in instructions will be sent once we have performed an inspection after the cleaners have finished. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am.

Our Destin Summer Vacation

We try to come here every summer. We like it here because it is very family oriented, close to the beach and the condo is very cozy, had everything we needed. Planning on keeping our family vacation here every summer!! 🤗🤗
