In the heart of the Alps, Oz 3300 has the charm of a "ski-in/ski-out" family resort, while being in the heart of the large Alpe d'Huez area.
Snow is guaranteed from December to April with a vast area (from 1350 to 3330 m above sea level) for skiers, mountain bikers and hikers who will enjoy themselves in summer and winter.
Easily accessible by road, Oz-en-Oisans is 1 hour from Grenoble, 1 hour 45 minutes from Lyon and 2 hours 30 minutes from Geneva.
In a new residence (overlooking the blue deer slope): "l'Orée des Pistes" offers a privileged location (150m from the ESF, 200m from the tourist office and restaurants, approx. 300 metres from the Poutran ski lift and a few steps from the Alpette ski lifts), has a gym, a sauna, a teen games room and parking at the Alpette car park (access by lift through the residence).

We offer spacious T2 accommodation of 62 m2, on the 2nd floor, offering the comfort of modern living with a magnificent balcony leaving a breathtaking view of the nearby mountains.
The apartment consists of a sleeping area (1 large single bedroom, a separate mountain area equipped with a bunk bed for 2 people), a large bathroom and a living area with a living room equipped with a queen size sofa bed, a fully fitted kitchen with a large dining table.
