Simply drive on our coastal road to enter and exit the island! No need to take a boat or ferry to get on Pepin Island.

You'll have the entire cottage to yourself : 2 stunning bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, dining table, living room, indoor fireplace, outdoor deck, BBQ, outdoor hot water bathtub, and incredible ocean views. There is a lockbox and key for you so you can arrive at your convenience!

Your Bedrooms :

1st bedroom has a queen mattress facing the ocean view. Its sliding door gives you direct access to the front porch and the outdoor bathtub! 2nd bedroom shines with its unique wood and wall statements and comfortable queen mattress!

Your Bathroom :

This luxurious bathroom offers a full bathtub to soak in along with a walk in shower and toilet. The wood statements and skylight give it an extra special feel.

Your Kitchen :

Bar fridge with a little freezer, ceramic hob with two flames, sink, dishwasher, toaster, water kettle, coffee machine, wine glasses, cutlery and cooking essentials. There is a nearby dining table & chairs for serving meals.

Your Living Room :

Its distinctive teak paneled feature wall makes this room stand out from all the rest. It includes a sofa, coffee table, bean bag, fireplace and extra wood. This room offers sea views with the ability to open up the sliding doors into your front deck!

Outdoor Deck :

The front deck is a beautiful spot to relax, grill on the BBQ, enjoy the outdoor bathtub and take in the stunning views.

Unique Details :

The wood statements throughout the cottage are the same type of wood that was traditionally used for making tools and weapons by Māori, our indigenous culture here in New Zealand. You'll notice them on the kitchen handles, bathroom ladder & lighting features. The cottage's name "Ngaio" translates to "reflections on the water", inspired by the glistening light on the ocean that you can see from this cottage.
