Paddlers' Pass at Mimosa Riverside Ranch

Welcome to Paddlers’ Pass at Mimosa Riverside Ranch! This completely renovated, beautifully decorated cabin at Mimosa Riverside Ranch on the Elk River in Noel, MO has everything you’ll need for your next vacation, or staycation. The cabin is an approx. 1,000 sq. ft., fully furnished vacation rental home with four sliding glass doors leading out to the brand new deck spanning the length of the cabin, overlooking the Elk River.

The space
The kitchen area is well-stocked with kitchen essentials, a dining table, and brand new appliances. The open living room is comfortable, with a great view of the river across the deck, a flat screen TV, a couch, and a queen size sleeper sofa. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides of the living room and kitchen, so they are nice and private. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, in-suite bathroom, flat screen TV, and private access to the deck. The spare bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed, flat screen TV, large closet, and private access to the back deck. The bathrooms are well sized, well-appointed, and immaculately kept, with bath and beach towels available.

Additional features that make Paddlers’ Pass the perfect vacation rental home include 50” smart, smart flat screen TVs in both bedrooms, and living room, a DVD player with a DVD collection, walk-in showers in both bathrooms, an eight person dining table on the large deck, plus two sky lounge chairs, and a double daybed with canopy, a 1,000’+ private beach, and much, much more! Paddlers’ Pass is perfect for a romantic retreat, guy or gal getaway, and family vacations.

One end of the house has a large, roofed breezeway called "Lookout Lounge" that comes equipped with chairs, a fire pit, and a charcoal grill, making yet another great gathering area with an unparalleled view of the Elk River.
About Mimosa Riverside Ranch:

Mimosa Riverside Ranch is a privately owned, secluded, 15 acre property in Noel, Missouri. Paddlers’ Pass is located next door to The Farmhouse and both homes can be rented either together, or separately. Don’t hesitate to rent separately, as there is plenty of room to wonder and play, and never have to see your neighbors. Mimosa Riverside Ranch is event/party friendly too.

Shared “Community” Spaces

With more than 15 acres, there is ample outdoor space to enjoy at Mimosa Riverside Ranch. Whether your group has rented both The Farmhouse and Paddlers’ Pass, or only one of our rentals, you can rest assured that you will feel like you’re at your own little piece of private paradise. With that being said, we do have a handful of shared, or “community” spaces for our guests to enjoy together, or separately.

Lookout Lounge: Lookout Lounge is one of our favorite spots on the property. It’s a covered lounge and relaxation area that sits between The Farmhouse, and Paddlers’ Pass. Lookout Lounge is a “community” area, meaning whether you’re a guest of The Farmhouse, or Paddlers’ Pass, this is a shared space. It includes wicker seating for 10, swinging hammock chairs, a small wood burning fire pit, charcoal grill, and string lights hung from the rafters. The views of the Elk River from Lookout Lounge are breathtaking, and after a full day of playing in the sun, Lookout Lounge is the perfect spot to unwind.

The Beach: The beach at Mimosa Riverside Ranch provides over 500’ of private, riverfront, grass, and gravel access. Whether swimming, sunbathing, fishing, or catching crawdads, there’s plenty of room to explore nature. Depending water levels, it’s easy enough to wade across the Elk River to enjoy the gravel beach on the opposing side of the river.

Firepit & Orchard: Located at the front of the property, there is a seasonal fruit orchard that includes blueberries, blackberries, peaches, pears, and apples. Feel free to snack of these fruits should you stay when they are ripe. We have also built an outdoor fire pit (different than the smaller fire pit located in Lookout Lounge), and surrounded it with Adirondack chairs. There’s plenty of wood for burning located around the ranch. Feel free to burn what you find, and have a good time.

Tents, campers, RVs, generators are not permitted.

Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 per reservation. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times if there are other renters next door. Please use the supplied bags to clean up any waste your pet has left in the yard &/or on the grounds. A $100 cleaning charge will be applied if the waste is not removed prior to your departure. Pets are welcome inside the home but are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. Please use the provided cleaning supplies to clean up any dog hair before you leave. A $100 cleaning charge will be applied if excessive dog hair, &/or mess is left within the house.
