Including the master suite, it features 8 bedrooms, 5 baths, 3 living/sitting areas, 2 fireplaces, outdoor Fire Pit, a game room, SHUFFLEBOARD TABLE, over 2400 sqft in decks, and yes… even a one-of-a-kind INDOOR BASKETBALL COURT!!!

THE MAIN LIVING AREA: The huge professional kitchen features granite counters, maple wood cabinets, double oven, professional series separate refrigerator and freezer, desk area with wireless internet, and a unique outdoor kitchen (10' by 10' upper deck with built-in 8ft stainless steel grill – just outside the main kitchen through glass French doors). THE KITCHEN: Extra large glass cooktop, double ovens, full size refrigerator, full size freezer, 2(TWO) dishwashers, garbage disposal, plenty of cookware utensils and dishes AND a large gas grill steps away on the deck that is on natural gas and you will not have to worry about it running out of propane!

THE WILDLIFE: And despite the excellent all around qualities of the home, the best feature may just be the wildlife. Sited on the property have been coyotes, foxes, marmots, badgers, ground squirrels, black bears, and literally hundreds of birds and mule deer. And of course too numerous to mention... the herds of elk. As a matter of fact, over 50 elk were counted on the property at one time (actually multiple times!).

Perfect Family Gathering Location

This was exactly what we were looking for to get the family together and have enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The game room was good for both the kids and competitive adults. Enough space for everyone to either gather together in the large spaces or to escape to your own area of the house if you wanted. Will definitely consider another stay of the family decides to do another trip to Estes Park.

Fantastic family vacation experience!

We loved this home's location, views, spaciousness, and amenities! And Julie was a top-shelf owner/hostess—courteous, thorough, responsive, and hospitable. Couldn't ask for more. As semi-regular travelers to Estes Park we hope to be able to stay here again in the years to come. Truly first class!

Best Family Gathering Yet!

Our large family has been gathering for one-week vacation since 2019 and we all agreed that our stay at Park Entrance Lodge was the best yet! This large home provided all the necessities for all ages along with spaces to spread out as needed. Two dishwashers, two washer and dryers, ample bathrooms and great outdoor spaces. Everything was as described and the location adjacent to parks and town of Estes was absolutely perfect! We will be adding this to our "do again" list!

Awesome spot for a larger group

We had an awesome time at this cabin which was nestled in Estes park and a close drive to the national parks for some good hiking. Wildlife was all around and we would often see elk and deer in the back yard. The hot tub is amazing to use when it's cold out. The basketball court was so much fun to play in. We were able to cook large meals for the group thanks to the kitchen. Would certainly book again

Perfect home for large families- great location!

This house has everything you need and is in pristine condition! We had two families in our group with kids of all ages, and everyone enjoyed their stay. You don't need to pack everything in your house and the kitchen sink to stay here- they make sure you have detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, spices, zip lock bags, etc. The location was perfect, check-in/out was easy, and the owners were great! We are all sad to leave and will definitely come back!

Best place in Estes!

We have been staying in Estes for years and this is the best place ever! Perfect for multi generational or multiple families. The kids had so much fun in the game room. My 80 year old mom bested some of them in basketball. Everyone had their own rooms which was nice. Even the semi sullen teens cheerfully gathered around the pool table in the main area. The best feature of all for the grownups is the deck with fire pit and unbelievable views of Long’s and RMNP, the ultimate spot for sunset happy hour. There is a resident bobcat living in the rocks nearby, and a giant bull elk relaxing next to the house each day. We can’t wait to come back.

Annual Family Vacation - Estes Park is our most popular travel destination.

This home was well equipped for our group of 16. We had 10 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 5 to 17. The upper level with two bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and family room with a pool table was open and allowed the entire family to have great interaction. The lower level with 6 bedrooms, game room and TV room provided individual space and privacy when desired. The view and fire pit on the large deck was a special treat that provided a unique opportunity to enjoy the mountains. The house has easy access and is close to RMNP and downtown Estes. The family is ready for me to book the house again...and I'm sure we will.

Best trip ever!

This home couldn’t have been more perfect for our large family. Our favorite hangout was the back deck with million dollar views and a large fire pit. Julie, the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. The few times we needed her help she responded immediately. We had never stain Estes Park before but there was so much to do. Hiking, shopping, paddle boarding, kayaking, ATVing or just kicking back and relaxing there is plenty to take in at Estes Park. If you have a large Family, this is the house to rent. We will definitely come back again! Thanks Julie, you’re the best.

Family Reunion in the Rockies

Our extended family has traveled to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park many times over the past 10 years. We had always chosen the YMCA of the Rockies based on the view and location to the national park. When we were unable to reserve a Y cabin this year, we found The Park Entrance Lodge on line and we were so pleased with our decision that we will never go back to the Y again! Everything about the Park Entrance Lodge was perfect for a family reunion- large and beautiful bedrooms for everyone, a fully stocked kitchen with every appliance one could need, several large family gathering areas, recreation areas for billiards, basketball and other games, a convenient location to the national park and last but perhaps more importantly, amazing outdoor decks and views of the mountains! We received excellent communication and service from Julie which helped make this our best family reunion ever! We highly recommend The Park Entrance Lodge and hope to stay there again in the future!

You can not go wrong with this Beautiful Property

The Cabin was very comfortable, cozy and spacious. We had 4 families together under one roof. We all had more than enough space with space to bring more. The house is exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with more than enough cooking utensils and equipment. The kids loved the game room, hot tub and indoor basketball court (basketballs and pump included). I don’t think they slept the whole trip. There was so much to do we could have easily stayed many more nights just to take in all the amenities. We laughed, danced, cooked, ate and made many memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you so much for everything Julie you were so helpful all the way down to helping us find a locksmith for the keys my brother locked in his truck. We will always remember our time at Estes Park!

Perfect family reunion house

Some of us have been coming to Estes Park for over 50 years, so we know the lay of the land and can't imagine a better location than that of the Park Entrance Lodge. The view of Longs Peak and the surrounding mountains is stunning, and both RMNP and the town are easily accessible (some of us even walked into both). The house is very roomy, comfortable, and well-equipped. We were mostly out and about enjoying the area during the day, but we also made use of the great game room, basketball court, and large DVD collection at the house. Early mornings and late afternoon/evenings were spent soaking up the view either on the decks or in the hot tub. The house is laid out so that everyone (we had up to 15 people) can have their own space and privacy, but also can all gather for meals either in the dining room or on the large upper deck (we did both). Julie and Anna were very responsive and provided all the info we needed before we arrived and even showed us around upon arrival. We didn't need to contact them during the week because everything was clearly explained, easy to find, and worked as it should! We highly recommend Park Entrance Lodge for a family reunion or similar large group get-together!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. There were 10 adults, 2 babies, and 3 toddlers and plenty of room for us all. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals big & small. There was a cabinet with tons of spices and canned sodas and some other odds & ends for cooking. Loved that there were 2 dishwashers & 2 washer/dryers! The booster seat and high chair were a plus too! And I can't leave out the beautiful dining table and view as your dining! The view was AMAZING!! We admired it every day. It was a short drive to the National Park which we explored all week. We also were able to watch some Elk off the back decks. The neighborhood is very quiet and it's a very short drive into downtown. It's amazing how many stars you can see at night as everyone keeps the outdoor lights off and there are no street lights. The homeowners called to make sure we arrived safe & sound and were very easy to communicate with if we had any questions or concerns. We had a great time. We're definitely keeping this beautiful home on our list!

Family Vacation

My wife and I took our children and their grandchildren on a trip to Estes Park and the RMNP June 7-13. The house was in great shape and was perfect for our large family. We had 10 adults and 7 grandchildren. Plenty of room for all. The kids had a fun time with all the furnished games like the basketball court, air hockey, shuffle board and the hot tub of course. The house is situated on a hill with a big deck facing the Rockies. What a view! Deer and Elk came by and the weather was great. This house was close to the RMNP entrance so in that respect it was in a very good location and still close to Estes Park. We went for the park and to be together and it was all good! Everybody loved the place and would love to come back again.
