A group of friends and coworkers planned a trip to this property for a festival downtown. Great location, super quiet and very comfortable. Loved the views of the mountains and the convenience of how close downtown was. Easy check in and out process and all the amenities you can think of. Will be staying here again. Thank you.
The house overall was great. We had a group of 10 for a new years stay. The check in process was a bit hectic. I was told that I would receive a text with the code for entry when the house was ready, but never did receive that text. We had to check in at the front office in another building. The main oven in the kitchen did not work which posed some issues when cooking but nothing we couldn't work around. There was a cleaning issue that was addressed by property management after the fact. Overall, it was a nice place to stay, just a few unfortunate hitches along the way.
I would suggest a few things for this home. You cannot read the dishwasher dials so you have no idea on what settings you are running or even what button to hit to start it. It was a guessing game. The dinnerware is all chipped…maybe just buy a set of Corelle type dish ware for future. Coffee pot was very cheap and refrigerator needed the filters changed. Also, the mattress on the lowest level is very worn and soft. Not too comfortable at all.
The property was exceptionaissl, very clean and plenty of room. Every morning elk would come up right up to our deck grazing in the grass. The views from the deck were spectacular. The only issue we had was that the beds were too high for elderly members to get in and out of.
This is a beautiful house. We had 11 people including 3 children. Plenty of room for all if us. Loved the views. Unfortunately we came on a hot week and were unable to turn on the ac. It got very hot in the afternoons.
This vacation rental home was large enough to accommodate my 8 family members. It was a great location near downtown, the Safeway grocery store, walking distance to Lake Estes, etc. The outside patio had a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains.
Property was beautiful and spacious, located just a short ride from "downtown" Estes Park, with the grocery store even closer. We stayed 5 nights, spent 3 days hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, and enjoyed dinners in town as well as with family. Had some Elk visitors in the green space adjacent to the unit as well as another field beyond the other units in the development. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we highly recommend the unit to anyone visiting Estes Park or the RMNP.
Thank you for sharing this beautiful home. Location, spaciousness of the home, well stocked kitchen, very organized home for a large group, the deck was great, Mountain View was special , beds very comfortable, We’d go back in a heart beat. Thank you again.
Beautiful large home that fit us well! Views of RMNP. Was perfect for what we needed. Not far from Lake Estes. Would stay there again. Staff was responsive and helpful.
Notice-not stocked with items like spices, foil, plastic wrap, laundry detergent, (coffee was limited) so bring your own or go to Safeway down the street before you come. Parking is slightly challenging with a long thin driveway and no street parking in the neighborhood. We could park our many cars (garage, driveway, parking spots) there, but needed to do some shuffling when people needed to leave. Really a nice place.
This property was perfect for our group of eleven. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. Close proximity to a grocery and the park made it very convenient. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.
Our stay at Grand Estates was amazing! The house was perfect for our group size and accommodated our needs beautifully. The location was great and close to town and RMNP entrances for our early morning departures to see the wildlife at sunrise. This was our second trip to Estes Park, and we plan to go back again in the future because we love it so much.
This property was stunning, had great views of RMNP!! The kitchen, dining room and living room area was great for our large group hanging out. The bedrooms and bathrooms were pretty big too. Lots of animals in the fields in the morning which was fun to watch. My only recommendation is to have full length mirrors in the bedrooms as we were there for a wedding and needed to all get ready
Great location for several family members to stay during a wedding. Watched a herd of elk pass by from the back porch! The house was very clean and owner very responsive.
Loved the cabin. Beautiful as it was shown in the photos. AC was a must for us and the only issue I would say was the bottom floor was cold, middle floor was perfect, top floor was a tad warm.
But besides that, we would love to stay again, for sure!!
The house was very accommodating for our family of nine, 5 adults, 2 teens and 2 children.
The location is superb and the view breathtaking. Great walking paths too.
We loved the house and our stay in Estes Park.
