Come and enjoy a slice of nostalgia in Clyde's historic precinct. Historical Hazlett's Home is one of Clyde's oldest homes - now a renovated stone cottage full of character.
Stay in Clyde's top location, right in the heart of the old town, opposite Olivers and a few steps to other local eateries and shops.
The house is the original home of Mr James Hazlett - an early arrival on the Otago gold mining scene and dates back to the early 1860s, featuring exposed brick walls and kauri floorboards, but with all the modern features and facilities you need for a comfortable stay.
Relax on the covered veranda and watch the world go by, or use it as a base to explore everything the wonderful Central Otago region has to offer. Close to the Rail Trail, wineries, walks, 10 minutes from Alexandra and just under an hour's drive to Queenstown or Wanaka.
The home features two large bedrooms, WiFi, smart TV, a well equipped new kitchen with breakfast bar and open plan dining/living room (with gas heating), modern bathroom (shower only) and a large private rear garden to sit in the sun with a glass of Central Otago Pinot Noir.
BBQ available.
Linen and towels are provided and cleaning at the end of your stay is included but please put out your rubbish and leave the house tidy. Please note the house isn't suitable for very young children.
