About this property

Stunning sea views in sunny Tahuna Hills Nelson


This is a special family home in the Tahuna Hills area overlooking the stunning Tahunanui Beach. It is approximately a 15-minute walk to the beach and shops or 5 minutes in the car. It is 8 minutes from the centre of Nelson City. The house was built about 15 years ago and has a great kitchen and bathroom with modern facilities and appliances. The design is an open plan with a pleasant deck with barbeque for outdoor dining. The house is very warm and sunny, with a nice garden and lawn area. The back area is fenced for children. There is drive-on access and parking off-road. We have toys and games for families. Nelson is famous for its lovely beaches, highest sunshine hours, great markets, and wonderful wine. The Abel Tasman National Park and Kaiteriteri are about a 45-minute drive away.

Pets are allowed with prior approval
No parties
We provide duvets, duvet covers, pillows, tea towels, dishcloths, and hand towels. Please bring your linen, or it can be provided for an extra NZ$15 per person
