This is a well appointed home offering every home convenience and luxury as well as many beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces. Just ideal for making the most of Nelson’s glorious weather and these incredible views.

Pets - Outdoor pets are permitted by written agreement only - please enquire before booking.

Car parking/Driveway - There are 2 off-street car parks provided. No other vehicles are permitted at the property & the shared driveway must never be obstructed. Visitor parking is available on the street below.

Garage - The garage is small & unsuitable for car parking, but can be used to securely store bicycles, motorcycles or outdoor gear.

Long stays - Long stays are welcome at this property.

Spa pool - Only quiet use of the spa pool after 10pm. Guests must be mindful of noise, traffic & be considerate of neighbours.
