About this property

Summary:
Our bach is situated in a quite cul de sac with the lake front mountain and bike trails just thirty metres away. A short walk will bring you to the shop, restaurant and take aways, across the road is the main lake front for swimming only, complete with on beach BBQ, Next door is a children's play ground looking over the Kinloch marina. This is a first class marina for launching and berth hire, across the road from the marina is the Kinloch domain with large grounds and two tennis courts. The kinloch 9 hole golf course is around the corner with the inter-nation golf course and cafe just up the road. Kinloch offers you bike trails around the lake through forrest or along the lake front.

This is an original Kinloch bach. Lots of space for playing outdoors. Very close to beach for swimming.

The Neighborhood:
Kinloch is a great safe village, with lots of thing to do for all ages. Swimming in the lake, play grounds, tennis courts and or course the marina to launch your boat and two golf courses, all within the village. There are several bike tracks that leave from Kinloch and also boat access to the tracks across the lake.
There are also may lovely walks including the Whangamata Stream walk to view the historic Kinloch Station waterwheel.

Getting Around:
Walking will get you to most places.
Bike if you want to get there quicker

Good location, property manager very helpful

We enjoyed our stay in Kinloch, the bach is an older bach but was clean and had everything we needed, it has heaps of parking which was great for us with our boat. There is a nice walking track down to and around the lake that starts right beside the bach.

Family Batch

It lives up to its name of a quintessential batch. Perfect property for a family holiday with easy access to a track that leads down to the lake. It has all the essentials you need and plenty of room. It was tidy but some areas did need a bit of a spring clean. We enjoyed our stay and the boys loved the location.
