HARBOUR TOWER 317 -Experience breathtaking views from the wrap-around balcony of this two bedroom, two bathroom corner condo. Admire the sparkling water, where dolphins play, and listen to the soothing sound of waves lapping at the shore. The condo's master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom with two twin beds completes the picture, with coastal-inspired colors throughout. The kitchen allows you to enjoy all the comforts of home, including both bar and table seating options, along with a washer and dryer. Cable service is included in both bedrooms and the living room, along with private internet. The living area offers a dedicated work space to allow for working away from home.

Neighborhood: Located just before the Sanibel Causeway bridge, the Sanibel Harbour location is perfect for exploring both Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach as well as the city of Fort Myers. Enjoy the restaurants next door at the Sanibel Harbour Marriott as well!

Guest Interaction: Your arrival instructions will be emailed to you in order to access your Vacation Rental, allowing for a self guided experience. If you choose to need our services, we offer an office on site at both the Bay View Tower and the Harbour Tower.

We absolutely loved the property. It was decorated perfectly to ensure maximum relaxation. The view was spectacular and it provided everything we needed and more to enjoy our vacation. Definitely will be back!

Harbour Tower

Great staff who bends over backwards to please guests. The location is great. Would highly recommend owners invest in ceiling fans to increase better air circulation. Turn temp down a bit and turn fan on constant. The twin beds in 317 were not easily navigated but still acceptable especially if you can leave bedroom doors open.

Wonderful property!

Loved the condo! Kitchen was well-equipped, nice shower in the main bedroom, comfy furniture. Steps to the beach? Who can argue with that? Plenty of loungers on the beach and at the pool. Publix and other stores just a few minutes away. The bridge to Sanibel was a stones throw. And watching the boats travel right by our private beach was great! We’ll be back!!

Better than Gulf front!

This location is the best of both worlds. Literally steps to a private white sand beach area and tons of boat traffic to watch. The condo was immaculate on arrival and very comfortable for our stay. The view from the balcony is amazing. My only suggestion is that the king bed is no longer offering much support. Probably time to be replaced.
