While Fort Myers Beach continues to rebuild from the impacts of Hurricane Ian and though our island paradise may look a bit different than it once did, the sun continues to shine each day and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. While ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Fort Myers Beach, many local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to Fort Myers Beach!



The Bay Beach Lane neighborhood is one of the most sought-after addresses on the south end of Estero Island, home to Fort Myers Beach. This gorgeously remodeled and updated 4th floor condo in the San Marina Condo community overlooks a Gulf access canal, where you can enjoy watching manatees, dolphins and view boats as they make their way to and from the Gulf to their docks or the local marina. You're a short walk to the neighborhood commons area, private beach access and the soon-to-reopen Santini Marina Plaza. Meticulously designed and decorated in a soft coastal theme - plank tile flooring, volume ceilings and ceiling fans throughout. TV's in the home are Smart TV's with YouTube TV and streaming channels (guests must provide their own logins for subscription-based channels.)



Open main living space with sofa, a pair of reclining chairs, large flatscreen Smart TV and dining table for 6; sliding glass doors leading to the fully screened western exposure balcony overlooking the Gulf access canal, boat docks and sunset skies.



Beautiful kitchen with quartz counters, double oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dinnerware and many small electrical appliances and kitchen tools.



Master suite with king bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted Smart TV, custom walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower, and private lanai access overlooking the canal - perfect for early morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Open parking available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis for one vehicle. RV or Trailer parking is NOT PERMITTED.



An elevator takes you up to the 4th floor condo.



**Bookings made for a check-in date within 10 days will not be accepted, since the condo association has to approve all applications, and they take a minimum of 10 days to review. Please make sure your check-in date is at least 10 days out from booking - we will send the rental application once your booking is received **



The Casa Marina condo community is located in the highly desired Bay Beach area on the south end of Estero Island. In the community you'll find a heated pool with sundeck, sun loungers, tables and chairs for gathering with new friends - while surrounded by tropical landscaping and wide canals where you can see boats of all kind heading to the Gulf and nearby marina. As a guest of Casa Marina, you'll have access to Bay Beach Commons, where you will find putting greens, driving cage, tennis, pickleball & bocce ball courts; and the best part - you're just walk across Estero Boulevard to the private beach access for residents and guests of the Bay Beach neighborhood. There you'll find 7 miles of our white sandy beach, dazzling Gulf waters and sunsets you'll remember long after your time in Southwest Florida has come to an end.



When you aren't at the beach, Estero Island local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, boat/water sport and bicycle rentals. Santini Marina Plaza, home to a seasonal farmers market and popular dining & shopping options, is just a short walk from the condo and is scheduled to re-open before season. You're just a few minutes' drive to the popular Times Square & Bayside Park, which are the heart of Fort Myers Beach.



Take the Island's Beach Trolley (when available) to wherever you wish to explore on the island, including family amusements, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters and numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don't forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and a trip to the Everglades!



Drive south off the island to Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you'll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you'll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twins, the Boston Red Sox, and lots of golf!



This property is approximately 25 miles from RSW International Airport.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hrs of check-in.
