We are set up with a full kitchen, bathroom and patio area with views of the Otago Harbour from the kitchen. A fold out couch in the lounge can also be set up on request.
A recently added Nespresso machine adds an extra comfort.
Our standard office hours are typically: Mon-Fri: 9am - 5pm Sat/Sun: 10am - 4pm For urgent enquiries outside of these hours, we recommend calling directly, or sending a message via email / your booking platform.
A car is recommended and there is ample street parking, although we are on main bus line if required.
This space is entirely your own, with no shared spaces. There are no stairs in this property, and access from the street is reasonably simple.
Walk directly off the street into the spacious lounge area, with a hallway coming off it featuring a double bedroom and moody bathroom coming off it. At the end of the hall is the kitchen area with breakfast bar-style dining, a full laundry, and access to the outdoor patio area.
A heat pump in the living area heats this space, which also acts as air conditioning in the warmer months.

I have and will continue to stay with Road less traveled properties as they have all been of excellent quality. We'll appointed, clean and tidy. Very comfortable, like living at home. Simon has been a pleasure to deal with, always checking to ensure everything is going well.
Had a very comfortable bed and a great shower! There was a nice park down the street and a number of walking paths in the neighbourhood. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook and the deck had a beautiful view of the harbor.
Accurately described but even better. The accommodation is expansive with excellent amenities. The lounge has a very comfortable sofa/bed not often found in accommodation when you just want a comfortable sofa to sit on.. The bed is very comfortable although we found the duvet/doona filling too warm for us, a lighter option would be fantastic (hint). The bathroom is excellent. Plenty of room and a great shower with good pressure. The kitchen is full size with a comfortable breakfast bar and plenty of kitchen amenities. You would have no problem cooking here with the addition of the air fryer making it first rate. Only one concern is the location of the microwave which would be better located over the laundry area to enable better use and avoid potential spillage ( a simple fix)We had easy and quick communication with the owners making this one of our bed NZL stays. Thank for hosting us.
