The host was quick to reply with our questions. The cottage is bigger than it looks and the amenities were great. Lots of hot water for 4 of us to shower

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, the house is bigger in real life than it seems in the photos. Thank you for being great guests.
A great place to stay !!! It's in a great location, very clean and tidy & had everything we needed. The beds were comfy the heaters work well - kept us toasty warm in winter. Awesome communication from the host - will definately stay there again.
Everything was as explained, the house was clean and tidy, location very suitable and to learn a little of the history was great. We didn’t meet our hosts so cannot rate.Would definitely consider number 4 Baldwin Street as a place to stay again. Cheers John.

I'm very glad you liked the house and you are most welcome back anytime. Thanks for being great guests.
Visiting my son at Uni - great for an overnight stay with the bonus of a tourist attraction on the door. All very easy and smooth, and close enough to the uni to be easy.
We visited a friend in Dunedin and this house was a perfect jump off spot for us to maneuver around town. It was a great location for us to access a market, a few diners and the botanical gardens nearby.
Absolutely gorgeous little house. Everything you could possibly need is there - well appointed kitchen, things for children to do, baby equipment (if needed) and lots of personal touches too. Plenty of information about what to see and do in Dunedin, North End is a great place to base yourself. Easy access to the City either by car or foot or bus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back.
