L'appartement en parfait Ă©tat, est au rez de chaussĂ© et se compose d'un grand sĂ©jour avec d'un cĂŽtĂ© un coin salon avec un canapĂ©, et de l'autre un coin nuit avec un lit armoire avec un couchage en 140cm pour 2 personnes, un coin cuisine Ă©quipĂ©e avec frigo top, microondes et hotte aspirante, une salle d'eau avec WC et une grande terrasse de 15mÂČ environ, plein Sud avec salon de jardin pour profiter du soleil. Le logement dispose aussi d'un cellier avec une machine Ă  laver le linge.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Place de parking privée en sous-sol, nombreux rangements, lave-linge, grande superficie et terrasse plein Sud. Proche des commerces et accÚs facile aux transports en communs. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).

Appartement trĂšs rĂ©cent avec place de parking trĂšs bien sĂ©curisĂ©. Proches commerces et plage Ă  5 mn Ă  pieds. DĂ©co trĂšs sympa. Jolie terrasse mais nous n’avons pas pu en profiter car la terrasse du voisin avait plein d’excrĂ©ments de chien l’odeur Ă©tait insoutenable. Nous avons appelĂ© Foncia mais rien n’a Ă©tĂ© fait. Aussi une odeur trĂšs forte de remontĂ©e d’égout dans la salle de bain Ă©tait trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Le matelas n’était pas confortable. Nous avons quand mĂȘme passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour.

TrÚs agréable séjour dans ce trÚs beau studio bien placé et bien équipé.

TrĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. Studio trĂšs propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, offrant un bel espace, joliment dĂ©corĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ©, avec une petite terrasse permettant de profiter du soleil. La plage, une petite supĂ©rette, une boulangerie, des restaurants sont trĂšs proches et accessibles Ă  pieds. Le vieux port de la Rochelle accessible en bateau-bus, ou en vĂ©lo en 20 minutes via les nombreuses pistes cyclables prĂ©sentes sur La Rochelle. La place de parking sous-terrain mise Ă  disposition avec le studio est un vrai plus pour pouvoir garer sa voiture. Le seul petit point qui a Ă©tĂ© gĂȘnant est une mauvaise odeur persistante dans la salle de bain provenant des canalisations Ă  cause de son emplacement au rez-de-chaussĂ© (il ne fallait pas oublier de bien fermer la porte de la salle de bain pour ne pas ĂȘtre incommodĂ© par l'odeur).

Emplacement idĂ©al pour le port des minimes. Beau studio , bien Ă©quipĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able avec petite terrasse, je propose juste un petit tapis en sortie de douche. Calme et tranquille. Avec le petit plus , le parking en sous sol avec accĂšs facile RĂ©sidence bien sĂ©curisĂ©e Je recommande mais la pĂ©riode du premier mai n’est que le dĂ©but de la saison
