New Lake Front Cottage at Muskoka 15 Min. from Mount St. Louis Ski Resort!
Surrounded the lakes and golf course, the New Town Cottage just 30 minutes north of Barrie situated in the beautiful Muskoka areas. 10 minute drive to Six Miles Provincial Park and Big Chute. The Mt. St Louis Moon Stone Ski Resort and Horseshoe Valley Ski Resorts just 15 minutes away. There is a private outdoor heated pool in the summer with saunas and an indoor resort pool nearby in the winter.
You will have fresh feeling and rejuvenated by the new 3 story town with 4 bed rooms and 3 washrooms and 100 sf roof top deck with Lake and golf course views. There are many lakeview trails. Many boutique coffee shops and lakeview restaurants in the nesrby towns. A nice town Midland just 20 minutes away with many shops, restaurants, English tea shop, and beautiful harbor. Coldwater has many unique shops and coffee shops and restaurants with 12 minutes drive.
Inside Cottage, you can enjoy everything New and have fun time with family and friends by playing card games and chating and drink together either inside or on the lake view rooftop patio. Or you can swim in a private heated pool and enjoy the sauna. There are beached steps away you can swim or use our kayak and airboat.
