About this property

THE WOW FACTOR Paradise found, all the home comforts at stunning Lake Rotoma

We have had this property for over 20 years and now is the time to share it with you.
Everything to make your holiday relaxing is at hand. Set up for year round occupancy; a cozy log-fire in the spacious lounge/dining room for those winter get-away's or open the bi-fold doors to let the summer breezes through. Relax on the huge deck which has PVC blinds allowing for year round living.
Plenty of lawn for fun and games, when it gets too hot send the kids to the tree hut they'll love it.
The trout fishing on Rotoma is legendary. Try fly fishing off the shore or take the boat out in the early morning and watch them jump.
Wake to the morning bird-song, bring the cuppa' back to bed and watch the boats and skiers enjoy the still morning waters over the lake.
To keep you occupied there is TV (who needs it on holiday - but it's there for those occasional wet days) , stereo, games and plenty of books.
We have just installed a new kitchen, bathroom and outside loo.
Maximum number guests is 7.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave. Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)

Excellent for group stays

We had a great stay here, there was so much room for group meals and just hanging out. We had 9 guys so I was worried about the hot water running out, but that didn't happened at all. The host was also amazingly fast with her reply's to my questions. Would definitely stay there again.

It is uniquely peaceful, really well equipped for long or short stays.
We are located approximately 1 km from the Whakatane end of the lake.

Just a short drive to popular cafe, store, garage, boat-ramps. Midway to Rotorua and Whakatane. Just an hour from popular Tauranga and Mount Manganui.
