Spacious Apartment in total separate building opposite the Main House.
With prior Arrangements, you can bring your horse ( if it is fine behind electric tape) and enjoy a full day ride into Macetown or Coal pit into the Nevis or just around Arrowtown with a visit to the local pub for some chips and a cold one. Dogs are only allowed to bring if they are outside dogs (byo kennel or inside your car) - no dogs are allowed inside please.

I stayed here with a friend for a short trip to Queenstown, the overall experience was fantastic. The hospitality was unmatched, they were incredibly thoughtful in every detail and made our stay very comfortable. The property itself was beautiful and in a great location. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. In the relativly short time we stayed here, we were cozy and quickly fell in love. The Barn was situated within a beautiful landscape, with a large central window taking advantage of the view of Coronet Peak. Moreover, the hosts were incredibly accomidating, makimg us feel not just welcome, but at home. Would certainly recommend this BnB, and would love to stay here again, given the opportunity arises.

Beautiful oasis in easy reach of Queenstown and Arrowtown

Lovely couple of days at Daniela and Andre's wonderful barn. Great communication and welcome from the owner's -including the festive baked treats! Wonderful views from the rooms - we had a relaxed evening meal one night on the terrace with views across the mountains. Well appointed all around - couldn't recommend more!

What a fabulous spot - honestly, every window has a view - and a superb place to stay with every facility you'll need. In person check in with the owner was lovely as was having the horse and chickens as downstairs neighbours. Happily come back here again.

Spend two nights in the house. Amazing hospitality, upon arrival my mother and I were given homemade desserts by the home owner which were lovely and provide milk and freaky free range eggs. Overall experience was a 10/10 I loved it

Stunning location

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks! I didn’t want to leave! I love central Otago and this place ticked all the boxes. Peaceful away from town but close enough for a short drive to Queenstown or Arrowtown. The apartment is well appointed and we loved the little deck outside for sitting in the sun. Daniela & Andre made us feel very welcome and spoilt us with bubbles and nibbles on New Years Eve! We will be back again to stay! Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway.

330 Dalefield

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in for a long time! It exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is handy to Aroowtown, Coronet Peak and Queenstown. A quiet rural setting with great views of the snow covered mountains including Coronet Peak. Andre and Daniela were great hosts and their pastry treats were delicious. Secluded and stunning.

The barn is beautifully presented in an amazing location. Andre and Daniela were fantastic hosts and their hospitality was superb. They were friendly and knowledgeable and happy to share ideas and suggestions. We really appreciated the fresh eggs, sweet treats and chocolates. The only slight thing to mention is that the listing says that the property has a washing machine and it doesn’t. We were banking on using it so this was a bit of an issue for us. We would however stay here again in a heartbeat and loved our time at Three Thirty. Vielen Dank Daniela u. Andre.

Beautiful accommodation and fantastic location!

Beautiful barn apartment and extremely well presented. Loved the extra homely touches with the choccy left on the bed and the delicious cakes & cookies on the coffee table! Just what you need, along with a nice cuppa on your arrival! (Milk in the fridge too which was greatly appreciated!) Along with the bowl of fresh fruit and their own free range eggs (which we never ended up using as we were out and about, most of the time) but they were also very appreciated; and are a nice extra homely touch! Very comfortable accommodation with loads of space. Kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. We loved the beautiful soft dressing gowns; which were very smartly hung up! Very comfy bed and absolutely amazing views from every window! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; and it made my wife’s 50th birthday celebrations; that extra bit special as my wife absolutely loved it here! We’ll definitely return to ThreeThirty on our next trip to Queenstown :) Very friendly hosts and very highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in a beautiful, quiet location but still only be 10 mins drive to Queenstown! Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality, Tom & Dee from Auckland.

The ideal stay for a short break.

The property was perfect, the cleanliness was outstanding and the owners friendly and respectful. I only stayed for a few short nights but will definitely be staying for longer next time. Highly recommend this property especially due to the location, it is peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown even though the busier life is only 15 minutes away. Awesome stay thank you, I will be back.

Country Paradise

My wife and I escaped to Queenstown for a weekend break. We stayed at Dalefield which was perfect in every way. A quiet location surrounded by golden hills and lush meadows. When you need to relax

Fantastic place to get away to a rural setting yet very close to Arrowtown and Queenstown which was great! Peaceful retreat to get away from a busy work environment, thank you it was just wonderful :-)

Perfect quiet hideaway

The loft above the barn space worked very well for two adults and a small dog! Great set up for cooking simple meals and excellent coffee machine for breakfast! Nice to be in a quiet rural area with beautiful views especially when it was blanketed with snow. Easy to get to Arrowtown and Queenstown Wonderful hosts! Thank you so much!!

Wonderful 4 nights

We can honestly say that staying at 330 was absolutely wonderful. Not only was the apartment delightful but what was even better was the fact that both Andre and Daniela were naturally splendid hosts, taking time out to chat and advise.
