Fantastic property and loved the little eating area looking out on to the street although too cold to spend much time in it. Heating kept the rest of the property snug and warm. Overall a delightful place with a 10 minute walk to Woolworths and cafes and a slightly longer but easily manageable walk to Salamanca place if you have no disabilities(steep terrain). Would be nice to have something to hang your clothes on in the larger bedroom. Host was always helpful and responded promptly even when I asked stupid questions. Property was clean and tidy and overall a great place to stay if exploring Hobart.

It was winter, property was super cold. The heating inadequate, gaps around entrance door didn’t help!Had to call host because no infoale - wrestperhaps host lost int on how to check in was sent to us. No list of “how tos”. TV didn’t work. Remotes broken. Only one timy (2litre) broken bin in the bathroom. No fan in the kitchen or bin. Property for sale. Perhaps the host had lost interest. Very central.

Booked last March, 3 days before our stay I noticed that they had sent my money back, no email or anything. I had to chase them up with several messages, finally they sent me a message saying that it was cancelled due to renovation. Leaving us 2 days to find other accommodation. Unbelievable lack of communication. Would not recommend
