Inside, you`ll find an open plan kitchenette, dining and living area. The bedroom features a firm king size bed and there`s also a sauna available for use at an extra cost (please enquire within).



We provide all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including Sky TV and kitchen essentials like our locally brewed `Raglan Roast` coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. With a natural waterfall and native garden just outside your doorstep, you may even be lucky enough to spot one of our resident birds, the kereru.



Please note that we cater to mature guests aged 30 and over, to ensure a peaceful and respectful atmosphere for all. We also ask that there are no children or pets on the property.
