Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

Excellent stay

Condo was great and just as pictured. We had lots of space. The third bedroom was on the smaller side and but worked out just fine. There were baby items available like a high chair and pack and play that was so convenient for us. We had an overall excellent time here!

What a nice vacation.

Nice Property

The condo itself is very nice, well furnished, clean, and well decorated. We loved our time together in the condo itself. Check in was easy, parking pass worked great every time, and door code makes it easy to access without having to bring a key everywhere. The elevators are pretty slow which was a little frustrating considering the amount of people staying in this building. The beach area is nice but extremely crowded, get up early to reserve your spot or chairs. The location is very convenient to walk to Pier Park, and I would recommend walking vs driving as there is a constant traffic jam after about 4 pm on Front Beach Rd. Overall great stay and really nice condo, just know that it will be crowded pretty much all around you.

Having to scan something to get in the garage is a joke. Several cars had problems so the line was backed up. Water pressure was very weak.

We’ll be back!

We had more than enough space at this beautiful condo! The tiny room was perfect for our oldest (3yo), but easily could have fit another kiddo or 1 adult. The other guest room had plenty of room for a pack-n-play even with the king size bed. The master was perfect with plenty of room in the closet. I appreciated the use of space and super cute decor! That’s always a huge win for me! Location is a big bonus also! We loved the donut and coffee shop just downstairs. My only complaints were the constant smokers on the balconies... we couldn’t enjoy that space at all without inhaling smoke. The floors weren’t very clean (dog food and markings and pills found on the floor by my crawling baby). And the kitchen was pretty bare as far as utensils.

The location of the condominium was wonderful. Exactly as listed, beachfront. Easy walk. The elevator was a nightmare. People pressing buttons, closing doors in your face with plenty of room still available. Waiting 10 minutes or longer for another trip up or down. In summary, the GOOD: -Awesome location. -Beautiful furniture and updated decor. -Televisions in every room, with access to streaming sites such as Netflix and Disney+. -Plenty of towels, extra sheets, and bedding. -Easy check in process. The not so good: -The cleaning service needs to be fired. No dramatics here, the place was a mess. Forget Covid19, this is just called basic cleanliness. There were Busch beer cans under beds. Mounds of dust, lint, trash, hair, zippers, you name it...we found it. There was hair all in the showers. Thank goodness we came prepared, with our own cleaning supplies and scrubbed everything down. But you don't expect to have to sweep, mop, clean bathrooms..before you spend your first night in the room. -On our second day here, we were all resting and taking a break, inside the condo. We jump up to sudden banging on the door. A 300 pound "security" guy, wearing a stained shirt about 4 sizes too small, is standing there. He proceeds to threaten my fiancé, stating there was ice being thrown from our balcony into the pool area below. We informed him there had been no such activity from OUR unit and he needed to check his cameras. Our 7 year old daughter had been inside with us, or supervised with one of us sitting with her on the balcony, no more than 5 minutes. Oh and the alleged ice that was being thrown? (There wasn't even any ice in our machine. We waited 2 days for it to finally produce enough to fill a glass.) The unnamed "security" (we will just refer to him as Paul Blart for identification purposes), he threatened us saying 5 families had told him about the incident and he WOULD be getting to the bottom of it and watching the footage. We told him to go ahead and we would be waiting on a lengthy apology when he was wrong. Never heard from him again. We called all evening, the next day..talked to 2 different guys who had no idea who it was that came and disturbed us, but they watched the tapes themselves and found nothing at all. Shocker! Was this guy even security? Was he some lunatic who stole a uniform and played "cop for a day"? Needless to say, not sure if I'd stay here again.

Beautiful renovated unit-needs better stocking

We loved the unit. Everything was fresh and new. as a result it was a bit low on things. used to units with bars of soap, dish liquid, games, books, puzzles. the resort is great and the view awesome. great service at front desk.

Very pretty condo

The condo itself is very pretty but had a few minor things that can be improved. The master bedroom door does not lock. The bedsheets and floors had sand, we could tell it was not cleaned appropriately. Was not provided instructions on how to access the parklot, needed some kind of card to scan and when we tried calling, we got no answer. Luckily the guard let us in when he saw our reservation. Overall we had a good stay but could have been better.
