It is in the heart of the historic quarter - an easy 3 minute walk to the main street and its shops, cafes and restaurants or to the lovely walkways by the Arrow river.
The house has been finished to a very high specification with oak woodwork throughout, granite and oak professional kitchen with high quality appliances (Bosch, Siemens, Rangemaster range oven and induction hob) and luxurious bathroom and ensuite.

There are 8 sets of French doors throughout the property and these, coupled with the enormous roof windows in the living area, give the house a real feeling of light and space.

In the Winter, the cottage which is double/triple glazed is exceptionally warm and cosy with a wood burning fire (wood supplied) in the sitting room, along with a heat pump and Noirot wall heaters in every bedroom plus underfloor heating in the bathrooms.

In the Summer, the garden is a sun trap and has plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the roses, lavender and herbs and an outside eating area with both stone and Weber gas barbecue.
An HRV system keeps the house well ventilated and at an optimum temperature.

Arrowtown offers a central base for the year round traveller to explore all that the beautiful Central Otago region has to offer. Arrowtown is just 15 minutes drive from Queenstown and 50 minutes from Wanaka. Idyllic Lake Hayes - perfect for swimming and boating is just 10 minutes away.

Arrowtown itself is quiet and quaint with rich gold mining history. The beautiful Arrow River flows through the town, also a great swimming spot in summer. There are also many boutique shops, cafes and restaurants and a delightful cinema.

Golf, Wineries, walking and cycling tracks (part of the Wakatipu Cycle Trail) complete the picture for the summer with the three ski fields (Coronet Peak, Remarkables and Cardrona) at your door step for the winter.
