2-bedroom bach @ Carters Beach

This 1970's unit is fully self contained and offers a great place to park up and enjoy the surrounding area.


Situated just off the main road at Carters Beach minutes away from the beach, playground and local bar and restaurant and a short drive to the golf course and airport. A beach cricket bat, two boogie boards and tennis rackets also for guest use. There is free internet available.

Just 5 minutes drive to the north is Westport township and beyond the gateway to northern Buller and Karamea. 10 minutes to the south is the beautiful Tauranga Bay, a great surfing beach, the seal colony and the lighthouse walkway. The new Kawatiri trail from Carters Beach to Westport is a great way to get to town, either by bike or walking the 4km easy off road trail that goes through beautiful native bush and along side the Buller river.
A fantastic area to explore.

We had a wonderful stay at Carter’s Beach. Barb and Barry were friendly and welcoming and the Bach was very clean and cosy with a gorgeous retro vibe. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. There was lots to do in the area and the sunsets at Carter’s beach were beautiful! We would highly recommend this place as a great base to explore the Buller region :)
