We had a wonderful stay here! The views are impressive - both at day and at night. The house is spacious and both living room and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very well-equipped which made cooking enjoyable. We had relaxing days here and were able to explore the region. Highly recommended!
There was nothing wrong with this rental, but it wasn’t quite up to the standards of our other rentals this trip. It’s an older place and things were clean, functional but a bit worn. Entrance to driveway is very tricky but we got used to it.
Host was welcoming and responsive. The home was clean but somewhat outdated. There was really no outdoor space and needed more outlets for electronics. the view was amazing and was the gem of the house.
Wonderful stay, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

Really the only thing this place has going for it is the view. Furniture old and uncomfortable. Bed linens and towels seemed very used and old. Mattresses were thin and lumpy. Heat was almost non-existent except for what was stuck here and there in some of the rooms. We were disappointed and would not stay here again.
The view from the home is stunning. Perhaps the house itself is a little dated. Nevertheless, it served us well to visit Dunedin and the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the hot water didn’t work in the shower.

Hi Sabina, I wish you had contacted us re the shower. It is definitely giving out hot water as we are here following your departure. Perhaps you were turning it the wrong way? There is also a second shower downstairs. Glad you enjoyed your stay nonetheless. Debbie
Incredible view from the property, and accurately represented in on-line description. Communications with the owner were easy - and they turned on stunning spring weather for us !! The accommodation made it easy for us to enjoy our time in Dunedin; particularly as we were able to stay together as a group in one place. We would certainly do it again.
