Roslyn Village house - Brilliant Loaction

A very sunny, warm and tidy house that easily accommodates 5 people with a Queen Room and a bunk room (2 bunk beds plus single bed). We also have a port-a-cot so if you are happy to squeeze in we are happy to accommodate extra guests (just let me know so I can set up). Open plan living with tidy fully functional kitchen. Free parking at the door. Brand new bathroom and laundry installed in June 2026.
Great location with Supermarket, Restaurants, Bars, cafes within 2 mins walk.

Dunedin revisited

This little flat met all my needs. It was warm, clean, handy and the bed was comfortable. I'd be very happy to stay there again. A Dunedin must visit is The Chinese Garden Lan Yuan absolutely beautiful.

A great location and neighborhood

We very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very nice and it is just a walk around the corner to get to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy. The house is on a very quiet street in a residential neighborhood. There are 4 apartments on site and this one faces the street, but is quiet. It has everything you need for a visit. It isn’t a fancy house, but I would stay there again

Simple home in convenient location

Just what we needed to give us easy access to city. There's a supermarket just around the corner which was brilliant. Jeremy was so easy to communicate with and ensured the whole process was easy! Thanks :)

Convenient to Mercy Hospital and comfortable

We stayed in this place because Mum was having day surgery. It was a good choice - warm, comfortable, by a supermarket, and close to the hospital.

Cosy, quiet unit in great location

My daughter and I stayed at this property for an event at Moana Pool. It took us 8 minutes to walk down to the pool and the unit was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a lovely stay. It was very quiet but only a 2 minute walk from a Fresh Choice supermarket. A large heat pump kept the unit snug and cosy and we would definitely stay again.

A little tired but great value and convenient

The property is reasonably well located about a 20min walk into the city centre. There are plenty of buses. It’s uphill all the way back. Uber was $10. The property is comfortable, clean and well equipped but is now a bit tired and could do with updating. However, don’t let that put you off as it is great value for money. Parking for one car next to the property. Overall, thumbs up from us!

Great place to stay - central and very handy to the pool. Nice and clean - although would mention that couches could probably do with a deep clean as stained - and not leather as photographed. Bed was very comfy and kitchen well equipped - 9/10!

Excellent location!!

Small but comfortable unit in a great location with amenities etc close by. Kitchen could do with some more cooking utensils & plates etc but for a short stay it wasn't really an issue.

Robyn B (dec17) sums it up well. Nothing changed.

This is quiet and suited us. Having paid a cleaning charge we were surprised to have a note to also strip beds and wash towels in the washing machine. The missing crockery was still in the dishwasher. Nice neighbourhood.

Thanks again for staying Robyn. I have addressed with my cleaners the issue of the dishes not being unloaded from the dishwasher and again my apologies for this. We do ask guests in our house instructions to strip sheets (if time allows) as this means the cleaners can focus of providing an even cleaner house. It’s not a requirement for guests to strip the sheets but it does save us A good 5mins which can be spent on other cleaning tasks.
