About this property

Relaxing and practical

This sunny crib was built in the 1980s and is situated in the peaceful haven of Kelvin Heights, approx. 10 minutes drive from Frankton. There is two large double bedrooms on separate levels, with two single bedrooms upstairs. There are bathrooms on both levels. There is two living areas downstairs, one open plan with the Gallery kitchen. The house boasts views across to Queenstown and Ben Lomond, Cecil Peak and the Remarkables. Jardine Park at the rear of the property is a lovely reserve with a playground and croquet club. It is also the starting point for two walking tracks, one to Jacks Point, the other around the Kelvin Peninsula. This crib is a super spot for a family holiday or a quiet break away. The base of the Remarkables Ski Area is a short drive away, making this an ideal makeshift ski lodge.

1. All used sheets, towels and pillow cases to be left in downstairs bathroom please (leave the duvet covers on, we will take care of these separately) 2. Please wash dishes

3. Rooms that have been used need to be vacuumed (cleaner in downstairs cupboard ) 4. Electric blankets to be unplugged at wall 5. Bathroom towel rails and underfloor heating to be turned off

6. Windows to be closed and house secured (check doors locked) 7. Key to be placed back in security box.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Lovely cosy & comfortable house with heaps of room for everyone to have their own space. Heaps of provisions in the kitchen, and good quality toiletries in the bathrooms. Fabulous stay in a well equipped home

The family loved their stay here. Great sized rooms, well equipped kitchen and right next to the local park. The house was very tidy and the check in process was super simple. Would highly recommend for a group stay!
