Excellent location for visiting Kapiti island.House was spacious but very dated and oven didnt work.Read the small print when booking this property as there are extra charges for basics such as sheets and towels and cleaning which is the first time we have come across this having stayed in many propertys across nz.

Thanks Trisha for your review, we are glad you enjoyed the cottage and location. The oven works fine but you may have not switched on the isolation switch. The extra charges are optional to keep fees low (so avoidable) but we are considering just adding to the booking to avoid any future issues.

Great location, clean and comfortable.

Just as advertised this is an older bach, clean and comfortable, in a great location a minutes walk from beach, shops and cafes and yet quiet and private, in an elevated position to catch views of the sea and Kapiti Island, and good afternoon sun, for a very affordable fee. We appreciated the excellent communication from our hosts, thank you.
