Our property is located on the south side of Anchorage, mid-Hillside. The apartment is located on the second floor of our detached garage, with a private, secure entrance. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 sofa queen pullout, and everything you need for your getaway. This quiet area has beautiful views and lots of wildlife viewing.

Very nice clean apartment with large parking area in a good neighborhood. We were in Anchorage for an end of season supply run. It was great to have a secure place to stage our supplies and organize our truck. The owners were very accommodating.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Anchorage. It had all of the amenities we needed throughout. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of soft clean linens. The place was immaculate and a perfect location for us to get around to all the places we wanted to go in town, and out of town.We will definitely book here when we come back!

Everything was perfect. Clean beautiful property. Location was excellent to everything. It fit our needs to the utmost. Highly highly recommend. Just one thing. A lot of steps especially for some seniors or if u have problems climbing stairs. I didn’t see it listed in the listing unless I’m wrong. Beside that is is wonderful.

This small one bedroom unit is located up a long flight of outside stairs, situated at the top of a large garage on the property. The front door opens to the living room/kitchen with a small two person table, a small couch, a refrigerator, sink and a few cupboards. A short hall leads to the bathroom, the stacked washer and dryer, and the bedroom that has a bed, closet and TV. Everything in this unit was OK except for the evening noise coming from the large garage under the unit on weekdays until after 11pm and on weekends until after 1am. Some kind of business (perhaps printing?) is being run out of the garage and is noisy in the upstairs unit.

I was pressing logos onto T-shirts by myself, getting ready for a non-profit fundraiser the following weekend. No business is run out of our shop. Only unpaid labor 😆
