About this property
Crescent Villa | Stay Waiheke
Summary:
Crescent Villa by Stay Waiheke rises above Palm Beach with calm views and timeless charm. Sun-filled rooms, leafy gardens, and verandas that catch every breeze, an easy island escape for family and friends.
The Space:
Crescent Villa opens wide to light, air, and island calm. High ceilings, polished floors, and wraparound verandas create a sense of space that feels both generous and grounded. The open-plan living area brings everyone together — a long dining table for easy meals, comfortable seating that looks out to the garden, and doors that open right up to the sea breeze.
The kitchen is well equipped and made for relaxed cooking, with everything you need close at hand.
Each bedroom has its own quiet rhythm: two with queen beds, one with a king that can split into singles, and a larger suite with a super-king. Light filters softly through every room, with simple linens and a sense of ease that comes naturally here. Two family-style bathrooms include both bath and shower, and there’s a separate sleep-out with a queen bed — perfect for friends, grandparents, or anyone wanting a little extra privacy.
Outside, wide verandas frame views across the trees to the water, with spaces to eat, read, and unwind. A barbecue stands ready for long summer evenings, while the garden below hums with birds and island green. You can even enjoy an outside spa and shower at Crescent Villa by Stay Waiheke.
Crescent Villa feels elevated in every way, calm, open, and made for easy days between the beach and the vines.
Bed Configuration:
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, Bedroom 3 Queen bed
Bedroom 4 - Superking bed (can be split into 2 singles upon request)

The Neighborhood:
Crescent Villa by Stay Waiheke sits in the hills above Palm Beach, close to the coast, yet tucked away in a quiet, leafy spot. Palm Beach itself is one of the island’s best for swimming and slow mornings by the sea, with Arcadia and the Palm Beach Store just behind the sand for breakfast, coffee, or dinner with a view.
If you’re exploring further, Onetangi’s long stretch of beach is only a few minutes’ drive away, lined with beachfront cafés and vineyards that invite long lunches and late afternoons. You’ll also find the Waiheke Zipline Adventure Park nearby which is a fun way to see the island from above, surrounded by native bush and coastal views.
Oneroa village is about ten minutes from the villa and has everything you might need day to day, good takeaway options, and small local shops for fresh bread, produce, and wine.
From Crescent Villa, you’re close to everything yet still surrounded by calm, birds in the trees, glimpses of the sea, and that easy Waiheke rhythm that seems to slow time down.
Getting Around:
The nearest bus stop is just a short walk from the villa, along the main Palm Beach route. From here, the bus winds through Vineyard Valley, stopping at many of the island’s top wineries, including Stonyridge, Tantalus, and Te Motu. It’s the easiest way to spend the day tasting, lunching, and letting someone else do the driving. Jump on the bus, meet a few new friends, and enjoy the ride, that’s where the fun starts.
For something more relaxed, Heke Brewery is only a few minutes away. It’s a local favourite, especially in summer, with an open-air bar, good food, and a live DJ on Friday afternoons.
Taxi services run year-round, though they can be expensive during busy weekends or late evenings.
If you prefer to explore on foot, walking tracks weave through the hills and coastline, linking beaches, bush reserves, and vineyards, a slower, scenic way to see the island
Other Things to Note:
Please Note - Pets considered on request only and must be approved in writing.
Crescent Villa by Stay Waiheke sits on an elevated site with a steep driveway and steps leading to the entrance, typical of homes in this part of Palm Beach, but worth noting if mobility is limited.
Water is supplied by rainwater tanks, so we ask guests to be mindful during summer months.
Interaction with Guests:
Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours.
