Winter guests will appreciate the close proximity to the Remarkables Ski Field access road, just minutes from Jack’s Point, a good reason to get some fresh tracks in!

An upmarket Queenstown resort and residential neighbourhood. Hiking and biking trails, a private lake for fishing, an award winning 18-hole golf course and tennis courts – the outdoor adventures and activities are at your doorstep. Alternatively, relax and indulge at the Jack’s Point Clubhouse for a coffee and cake, local wine, or scrumptious meal.

The home has been beautifully furnished and styled to high standards by a talented local interior designer. Every detail has been considered, Sun Peaks Villa exudes beauty and sophistication with a touch of rustic alpine charm. New Zealand photography and paintings are showcased throughout, as well as colourful glassware and other pieces of art.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
This home boasts two master bedroom suites, each featuring plush king beds, desks, walk in wardrobes and private ensuite bathrooms with showers. The third bedroom has two sets of custom-built bunk beds, ideal for the teenagers or for groups of friends that require sleeping in individual beds. There is a third bathroom with separate bath and shower. All luxury linens, towels, and toiletries are provided.

LIVING AREAS:
The living areas of this villa are designed to offer both comfort and style. The main living area features an open plan layout with high beamed ceilings, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors surround the room, maximizing natural light and providing stunning views while seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces. A warm and cozy gas fire adds to the ambiance, perfect for relaxing evenings. There is also a separate media room with a second TV and a plethora of quality books, providing additional space for guests to spread out and unwind.

KITCHEN & DINING:
The stylish fully-equipped kitchen is well appointed with a gas hob, coffee machine, large island bench and breakfast bar style seating. The sun-filled dining room has a spacious farmhouse-style table, which comfortably seats eight guests for delightful meals.

OUTDOORS:
Make the most of the great outdoors in the nicely designed spaces for entertaining and relaxing, featuring a hot tub* (Charges apply), outdoor fireplace, table and chairs, couches, and Weber BBQ.

Hiking and biking trails, a private lake for fishing, an award winning 18-hole golf course – the outdoor adventures and activities are at your doorstep and the views are simply spectacular. Explore the 35km network of Jack’s Point trails with the four complimentary mountain bikes and helmets provided as well as tennis rackets for guest use, there are courts just a short walk away.

This home has full laundry facilities, and a private garage with external access for secure parking during your stay.

Please note, this home is best suited for adults. Sun Peaks Villa does not allow children under 5 years old without Owner’s approval.

RATES, INCLUSIONS & MINIMUM STAYS:
Rates are inclusive of GST, premium linen. A departure clean fee of NZ$375 applies. Bookings of 8 nights or more receive a complimentary mid-stay service with fresh towels. (Bed linen change not included; upgrade to a full linen change is available for indicative $200 including GST). Minimum 5-7 night stay year-round.

*Spa Pool - A one-off charge of NZ$200 applies for use of the spa pool. This is to have it professionally valeted, heated, and ready for your arrival.

PLEASE NOTE:
Credit card fees are non-refundable. This is important to be aware of if you choose to pay your balance ahead of the due date.

- Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay.

- No children under 5 years old without Owner approval.

- Sun Peaks Villa is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held.

- Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. As per Resource Consent with council, quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am.

- We are required to take a security bond pre-authorisation hold in addition to the total booking price. (n/a to Airbnb bookings).

- A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state (clear and tidy). Charges may apply for loss of keys, excessive rubbish, sorting contaminated rubbish/recycling, excessive cleaning or damage to the property for example.

- Charges may also apply for travel costs and management/staff time if for example, having to make a dump run, coordination of tradesman/repairs, additional property visits, shop for replacements, and so forth.
