Bordering the fairway of Matarangi Golf Course's signature #1 hole, this is a great location for a family holiday - the perfect place to enjoy meals or drinks on the deck while enjoying the idyllic view.

Situated in one of Matarangi's most sought-after streets. A couple of minutes walk along the quiet cul-de-sac will take you to the beach or the nearest tennis court. It is also walking distance to The Dunes golf club-house and restaurant.

The kitchen, dining and lounge are open plan with sliding doors leading to the deck.

The bunks in the main house are more suited to children than adults. However there are two spare mattresses stored in the bunk room which can be used if needed for adults.

There is a very comfortable sleep-out just across the back deck from the house. It contains a bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower, toilet and vanity). Its queen bed is split-base, so can be converted to two singles if this bedding arrangement suits you better.

The outside furniture includes small wooden table and 4 chairs plus bench seating. During the summer months (Xmas to Easter) a glass dining table with 6 chairs, a sun-umbrella and a Weber barbecue is also available.

NOTE: Following Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to:
- Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/pillow cases/tea towels, etc)
- Remove all rubbish at the end of your stay (you can drop it at the dump for free on your way out of town)
