Hard to believe this lovely, quiet, rural outlook exists so close to town. Complete with chickens with fresh eggs and the joy of pet resident cat. Lovely Indoor outdoor flow . A large kitchen to prepare holiday food and a relaxing sun-drenched outdoor patio to enjoy lush green views . You may even catch tui and bell birds in the kowhai. Fun for the kids with flat landscaped terrace and skate ramp .

Quick access to walking and cycling tracks up Emano St to the Port Hills and Tahunanui beach where you feel like your hiking in the mountains right in the middle of town. Minutes away from the Railway Reserve cycling link to the Great Taste Cycling Trail.

Writing this at the dining table before packing up to leave after what’s been a too short break, really. Been a lovely stay - its got a quiet, old fashioned bach vibe, in the best possible way. The bed and the couches are comfortable. Arlo the cat, and the neighbours, are friendly. It’s been just what I needed. Recommended.

Landscaped section, relaxed outdoor dining and seating. Table tennis and skate ramp fun for kids. Not to mention movie projection screen downstairs in the entertainment room. Just set up your computer and net flix login and the projector is all set.
