This unit is north facing 72m2 unit that has double glazing and high noise control including internal walls and ceilings to make your stay comfortable. The Patio area is 28m2 of which 16m2 is covered by the deck above to give shelter, dishwasher.
From upper and lower levels garden area to enjoy. A water feature and places to relax in the sun or shade.
Enjoy Raglan's cafes and unique shops and friendly atmosphere all within walking distance. Famous Raglan surf beach 10 min drive away.
Fishing, Kayaking, Paddle boarding, swimming, surfing, walk or hiking, horse riding all available in the area.
2 car parks available for each apartment, solar outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.

Skyline apartment(Bottom)

Our stay at the skyline bottom apartment was lovely we enjoyed our surroundings and the neighborhood, and the beautiful trees and nature around the back, the kids and us adult also enjoyed the plums. A few bumps on our getaway: The vacuum needed to be cleaned it stunk the house out each time we would use it, There was no wifi, we expected wifi as it was listed on advertisement, The sheet left on the bed was stained and unpleasant to walk upon in a holiday home, but we did not let that spoil our stay other than that we loved our stay and it was such a nice quick walk down town and to the beach. The top apartment neighbors were nice and we got along with them, Would definitely stay again and maybe try and book both top and bottom apartments. Thanks once again Antonia and Shane.

Fantastic and Easy Stay in Raglan

Location was just a short few minutes from the township and the property was excellent. Property was clean and very plesant. Thank you for the stay and the hospitality!

The property was located in a good position. However the barbecue was filthy and when I took the cover off 8 cockroaches jumped out. also the outdoor cream leather chairs were filthy couldnot sit on them got a bucket and cleaned them.mower man came when we were there.

Great townhouse for raglan stay

Lovely little townhouse with an easy walk into town. Very clean and modern. We did miss having wifi but wouldn’t deter us from booking again. Self check in was great, kitchen well stocked and a lovely outside area to sit and enjoy the morning coffee. Would stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Raglan

Quiet getaway

We enjoyed our stay here. Modern style living close to town. A couple minutes drive or 10 mins walk. Nice and quiet. A good place for our short family getaway.

Easy to find and very quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views.

Easy to find and very quiet and peaceful, with beautiful views. It is possible to walk into Raglan to the shops and restaurants but there is a small hill on the return. A little confusion with the online booking, I was led to believe we had booked both the upper and lower floor, this was quickly resolved by Antonia and our party of 4 spent 2 nights in the stunning top floor apartment. All very new and tastefully decorated. Highly recommended.
