Bridge St. Apartment 2 is spacious, stylish, and comfortable, with an open-plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen - ideal for a relaxing stay in the heart of Nelson.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2 hours will be included in your booking.
• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• About the Bridge Street Apartments:
A charming two-story New Orleans-style building with retail and hospitality spaces on the ground floor and a backpackers at the rear of the first floor. The building has undergone major renovations, bringing energy and vibrancy to this end of Bridge Street. Stay central, stylish, and comfortable - the perfect base for exploring Nelson City!
• Downstairs Building Update - New retail spaces are opening soon downstairs, adding extra buzz to the area. Photos coming soon!
• Stairs - This apartment is located on the first floor of the building with stair only access.
• Road Closure & Parking - Bridge St East (between Trafalgar and Collingwood St) will be closed from 2–29 March 2026 for infrastructure works. Some daytime noise may occur. Apartment access will not be affected. On-street parking is available on Collingwood Street or at the Buxton Square parking lot.
• City parking - Available at $2/hr with a 3-hour parking limit with the first hour free. Fees apply weekdays from 8AM to 5PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM. Parking is free outside and unrestricted outside of these times.
• Free all-day parking - In addition to the free parking periods in the city, free all-day parking is available at the CBD periphery.
• Noise in the area - Properties in the central city may experience some evening or weekend noise from nightlife or general city activity. The apartment is well insulated and double-glazed for your comfort.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
• A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
• Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
• Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
• Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
• A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
