Welcome to the "Petite Maison du Lac" in the centre of a wooded area with a view of the lake.
The house is located in the heart of a beautiful village club on the site of Belle Dune in Fort Mahon Plage. You will reside in a preserved and very quiet pedestrian village.
The house is located in one of the six districts of the village with immediate access to the golf course and 2 km from the beach.
The village offers a central square with a restaurant and shops. 2 km away you can do your shopping in a small supermarket.
The accommodation of about 60m2 includes an upper floor with two bedrooms and a sleeping area.
On the ground floor, an entrance, a small bathroom with shower and toilet, a large living room with open equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee makers, raclette and croque-monsieur set, kettle, toaster...), connected televisions, and a sofa.
Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with double bed 160 and connected TV, one with 2 single beds and a sleeping area with bunk beds), a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
You benefit from a terrace with garden furniture which offers you a magnificent view of the lake. You also have a free parking space.
Ideal for 6 people.
Cleaning included (except kitchen area) guaranteeing the disinfection of the premises.

Optional:
Bed linen: 15 euros for a double bed. Towels are extra. To be booked through the concierge who welcomes you.
Tea towels and cleaning kit provided.

For your holidays in Fort-Mahon, don't miss the many activities offered by the village, for an additional fee (tennis, zumba, fitness, etc.). Our accommodation does not have access to the Aquaclub. This is extra.

Please note: the aquatic centre is being completely renovated and is therefore not accessible. The outdoor pool is reserved for houses in the beach area. You will therefore not be able to access it. A reopening is planned soon but Pierre et Vacances is not able to give dates to date.
