About this property

Located on a corner lot adjacent to beach access road 25, this 2nd row beach house offers wonderful ocean views and is close and convenient to the path leading to the water's edge. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in a split level style. The master bedroom has plenty of privacy as the only room on the top level with its own deck and a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the middle level along with a full bath and a laundry room. The unique split level design is great as it provides 3 levels without having two long staircases. On the first floor is the kitchen, dining area and the living room. These rooms have large windows with views of the ocean all around. Go right out the french doors onto the deck and you are looking right over the beach. The large deck has lots of room for enjoying the sunny days or the breezy evenings while providing views of both the ocean and of the bay as well. Don't forget to enjoy the sunset views too - they are beautiful. Whether admiring the views or enjoying the beach, this house makes it all comfortable, relaxing, easy, convenient and fun.

Great Vacation!

We had 6 adults and 3 kids on vacation and this property was in a great location! It was an easy walk to the beach and it was great not having to cross the road with little kids. It’s about a 20 minute drive from downtown Galveston but the drive isn’t bad at all. The property owner was super easy to get ahold of and answered all questions when needed. We loved the house and the location! We will definitely stay here again!

Fun Family Vacation

There was ten of us five adults and five kids. The home is nicely located with plenty of room and easy beach access. It was super easy to check in and out. We will book again!

Great House

Loved how close it was to beach!! Only problem was it got hot in top room. The window unit didn’t work but, we reported it asap. But, it was still reasonable enough to stay at this house again. Thank you for a great time!!

Great Beach House!

Everyone loved the house and location. Even better than the pictures. We had a great time! Susan was always very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Hope to be back next year and stay longer!
