Sunny and bright two bedroom self contained apartment on the ground floor of a house situated directly across the road from beautiful Papamoa Beach. Very clean, nice relaxed beach styling.
Great location with supermarkets, takeaways, shops, cafes and bars all within walking distance or a short drive away. A new build complete with double glazing and a heat pump to keep you cool in summer and cozy and warm in the cooler weather. Well equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare and cook meals to dine in. Full size fridge, oven, hobs, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of bench space with seating along the breakfast bar and table and chairs in the covered outdoor area.

The main bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two long single beds which can convert to a superking bed, if requested, providing beds for two couples.

A relaxing open plan living area with easy care floors for no stress beach holiday. The TV is on swivel arm and can be viewed happily from the lounge area, or also the kitchen/breakfast bar area.

A barbecue and seating is out on the deck area for those beautiful days when you just want to chill and eat at home.

Recently installed hot/cold outdoor surfboard shower. Such bliss after a day at the beach!!!!

BYO Fishing Rod and Surfboard! Papamoa Beach is a safe swimming beach for the best part of the year but if you are more comfortable swimming under the watchful eye of the Surf Club members then it is only a short walk down the beach to swim between the flags.

The local area is flat and suitable for walking and biking. The bus stops are close and the local Papamoa Plaza provides a hub to catch buses for other locations in the Bay.

Papamoa Domain is a short walk down the road, where between Nov and Mar there is a weekly artisan market held on a Thursday evening. A bit further away is the Papamoa Plaza with Fashion Island with outlet shops and more. Two supermarkets are in the area, with cafes and eateries dotted around for a variety of dining options.

Bed linen, bath and beach towels are included. The place is professionally cleaned after each reservation so a high standard of cleanliness can be assured.

Check in is 3pm, with a departure of 10am - unless by prior arrangement.
