Amazing Stay!

The property is stunning, clean, well-kept and beautiful. The property management team was amazing! Katie, Sam and Michelle are a great team and their customer relation skills were exceptional. When we come back to Queenstown we will definitely stay here again!

The property was tired Needs new couch downstairs patched and dirty Outdoor space was dirty

We didn’t know when we booked through you that we were going through three different people you Luxury Homes and a manager Everyone dived for cover when we questioned the quality of the property except Luxury Homes did give us a beautiful gift basket but for the price we paid for the property is misrepresentation It is not a 15 minute walk into town

After speaking with you on your arrival for a substantial period of time I do hope that the Property Manager that visited after we left was able to assist you with some of the areas you felt were not to standard. This house is a beautiful home and we are terribly sorry that you have had to question the quality.
