It is ideal for large groups planning on exploring the region. This property ticks all the boxes - the large garage is perfect for storing your bikes, clubs and has custom built racking for ski gear.

This house is on the dead-end street that connects to the Frankton walking/biking Track that connects to about 100km of other tracks. Perfect for biking trips.
It is literally a ten minute walk lakeside then through the botanical gardens into Central Queenstown with all the bars and restaurants. But, such a quiet spot to return to.
Apart from two lock-up cupboards, guests have full access to the house.
This is a great house with in fabulous location so close to town – just a 10 minute stroll along the lake and through the botanical gardens to Central Queenstown. There is heaps of space for everyone, but living space aplenty when it is time to gather together. Perfect for friends and family getaways as well as golfing, skiing & biking groups
The dining suite seats up to 8 guests with an additional couple of dining chairs available.
The top storey Master bedroom has breath-taking full-scale views of the Remarkables mountain range from the private deck. A tiled ensuite and walk-in wardrobe make this a sanctuary from the busy household below.

The lower storey contains three Twin Single bedrooms (two sets of which can join up to make King beds). Two of these rooms open outside to share a balcony. The family/guest bathroom on this level has a bath and shower with separate toilet. There is also a separate toilet and laundry on this level.
Mid-level comprises the study area, fully equipped kitchen and powder room. There are two seating areas which is great when you are a bigger group or if you have kids with you. There is a 55" Panasonic Smart TV which also has a DVD player and SkyTV channels in the main lounge. The smaller 2nd lounge has a 32" Panasonic Smart TV which has a DVD player & a VHS player (for a bit of nostalgia). For Winter warmth, tiled areas have underfloor heating, a gas-fire, electric heaters, heat-pump & electric blankets take care of the rest.
