Suited our purposes for a good sized family group.Appears the upstairs shower (not the ensuite) leaks down to the bedroom below in the corner. This will cause a major issue if not attended to. Wallpaper in adjacent hall wall already bubbling.

Hello there, thank you very much for the feedback. We had a check and found that the mark on wall was from a leaking of aircon which has been fixed. We will repain the corner ceiling and wall. Thanks a lot.

Definitely nicer inside than outside. There was a cockroach in the bathroom but the neighbors were nice and overall it was a pleasant stay. Thank you for the clear communication and letting us use your place.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO home in Rotorua. The house has charm and character. While it’s not brand new, it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Great for families. The space was welcoming and well set up, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The location was convenient for exploring Rotorua and all the amazing geothermal attractions, lakes, and local restaurants.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. It offered great value and a comfortable base for exploring the area. Definitely a five-star experience for us!
